Willie Hallihan is a life-long resident of the Northwest corner of Connecticut. He has always loved all that the tri-state area has to offer and cherishes the friendships that seem to come so easily with rural living. Willie is a long time board member of Salisbury Winter Sports Association. This website is a melding of Willie’s interests in both sports and local causes.
